Request to Delete User Data

OneTwoPlay is committed to protecting the privacy of all users. While we do not collect any personal information, some of our educational and game apps store anonymized data to enable features such as progress tracking, leaderboards, and in-game rewards.

How to delete your data

For users of general audience apps (13+):

You can delete your gameplay data directly within the app by following the instructions in the in-app settings menu. This option is always available and does not require email confirmation.

For children’s apps (under 13):

We will process your request and permanently delete the data within 7 days after verification. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Automatic Data Deletion

If a user remains inactive for more than 90 days, their anonymized gameplay data may be permanently deleted automatically. This is done to minimize data storage and ensure compliance with data minimization principles.
